OUR SERVICES

How you can work with Direkttest

Direkttest is an international service that simplifies sampling for healthcare, research and occupational health. With a focus on self-sampling, we create the solution that best suits you through assembly of sampling kits, distribution to patients and research participants and informatics solutions between the individual, laboratories and medical record systems/principal investigators.

Direkttest is also a distribution partner. Our nationwide distribution network ensures that sampling flows are fast and secure from order to analysis and test results. These possibilities exist in our services. They can be combined so that you get the solution that works best for each given project.

Examples of actors and assignments we work with:

  • Public healthcare
  • Laboratories
  • Private healthcare providers
  • Universities and research groups
  • Occupational health
  • Pharmaceutical companies
  • Sampling kit developers
  • Remote monitoring

Self-sampling enables sampling wherever you want

The convenience of home sampling, combined with the reliable quality from analysis at an accredited lab, provides an effective solution for both patients and healthcare providers.

Assembly and distribution of sampling kits

We have extensive experience in assembling and distributing sampling kits. Depending on needs, we can offer a complete assembly and distribution solution, or provide individual parts of the chain.

Support for patients and system users

Our knowledgeable support provides fast and personal service to healthcare organizations, labs and patients.

Test results to healthcare providers

When the lab has completed the analysis, test results are sent to Direkttest and delivered to both healthcare providers and patients.

Reminders to patients

Based on the healthcare provider's preferences, reminders regarding test results can be sent via SMS and email directly to the patient.

Survey management

We enable survey management in connection with research studies, for example. This means the principal investigator can receive relevant information before, during and/or after sampling.
